THESE LITTLE ART PIECES ARE COLLAGES AND SKETCHES FROM MY LITTLE CLOSET IN MY HOME. I SET UP A LITTLE DESK WITH SIMPLE SUPPLIES. DURING THE YOUNGER CHILDREN'S REST TIME, I WILL GO BACK TO MY LITTLE PLACE AND CREATE THINGS THAT ARE IN MY HEART. THIS IS ALL NEW. IT GOES TO SHOW THAT ONE IS NEVER TOO OLD OR TOO BUSY TO DISCOVER A HIDDEN INTEREST OR GIFT. MY HEART IS TO BLESS OTHERS WITH REST, HOPE AND PEACE THROUGH MY NEW FOUND ABILITY.

Vintage Door

I saw a picture of an old door that had a lot of charm. So I added some trims and foliage to frame it.I call this a vintage door because vintage does not mean just things pertaining to wine. It is an adjective meaning "enduring appeal". Old and rustic things do have that ongoing and seemingly lasting charm.

    Either you have changed this around alot(!)or I haven't been here before. I don't recognize this blog. You are on to something- continue with your drawings- there is a purity in them, and your way with words is very poetic. Your Island poem- it's very cute!
